With a degree in Complimentary Healthcare and extensive training in therapies such as Sports, Swedish, Pregnancy massage, Reflexology (including reflexology for conception), Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Therapy, and Energy healing practises such as Chakra and Crystal healing. Tara tailors every treatment with care, supporting balance and harmony for each client.
