How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you during consultation, for one of the following reasons:

  • Effectiveness and appropriateness of treatments

  • Communications and Correspondence

  • Treatment Tracking

  • Occasional Direct Marketing

  • Contact Tracing

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

We use the information that you have given us in order to:

  • Arrange appointments and payment

  • Evaluate safety aspects and effectiveness of treatment

  • Provide pre and post treatment guidance and advice

  • Track session progress, payments made, and machine settings used

Except for the event of an insurance claim, by you, against The Beauty Rooms at The Nibblers Ltd, we do not share or process any of your personal information outside of The Beauty Rooms at The Nibblers Ltd unless you have provided consent during consultation.

How we store your personal information

Unless otherwise specified, the majority of your information is securely stored at The Beauty Rooms at The Nibblers Ltd 68 Holton Road, Barry, Vale of Glamorgan, CF63 4HE in physical paper-based format.

Before and after images of the treatment area will be stored digitally on a mobile phone and sent to Elysion@thenibblers.co.uk but not backed up to any other location, including any cloud storage locations.

Personal information provided by you during consultation will be kept indefinitely, we need to retain this information due to repeat treatments over extended periods of time as well as for insurance purposes.

You have the right and power to influence the details we obtain through social media, we do not store this data.

Upon us receiving a request to dispose of your personal information, your consultation form and treatment history will be shredded, digital images will be digitally wiped.
